Situé à 200 mètres à peine du centre de Porto Santa Margherita et à 1,5 km du centre de Caorle, l'hôtel est bien desservi en transports en commun et facile d'accès en voiture : Prendre l'autoroute A4 Venezia-Trieste. Sortir à San Stino di Livenza (à 20 km de l'hôtel) ou à Noventa/San Dona' di Piave (à 25 km). En train : Prendre un train jusqu'à la gare de Portogruaro. L'aéroport et le port de Venise se trouvent à 70 km.

The town's origins go back to Roman times, and alongside modern buildings and facilities along the shoreline, the old town centre with its small squares, alleyways and traditional houses remains intact. These are often coloured in deep Venetian red, ochre or the deepest blue - almost a miniature version of Venice itself. The traditional fishing port and lively fish market reflect the past, and the 10th-century cathedral, with its cylindrical campanile - one of very few in the world - is worth a visit.
